Once your package has shipped, you can track it with the tracking number that we'll provide you.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Can I return a product?
As every product is made to order, there are no returns or exchanges.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost required to resend the package.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and we are unable to cancel the order.
