WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to every piece being made to order, all sales are final. If you have any specific shipping related issues, please email contact@camairapparel.com. Please contact us within 30 days to submit a problem. If it is beyond 30 days, we will be unable to help the order issue.

There are no refunds OR exchanges.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS IF I ENTERED IT WRONG? CAN I GET A REFUND?

In order to successfully change your address, please email contact@camairapparel.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If it is beyond 24 hours, we will not be able to change the address or issue a refund.

WHY DO I NOT SEE MY TRACKING/SHIPPING INFORMATION?

It is highly possible the email went to your spam folder! if you checked and it is still not there, email contact@camairapparel.com for assistance regarding your order.

WHAT ARE THE WASHING/CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY PIECE?

Wash in cold water. Wash alone for the first wash! Then, after the first wash, it will be fine being washed with other clothes. Put in dryer for added heat setting. REMEMBER! It will fade over time due to paint being water-based. Refrain from washing it often for best results!

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP? 

U.S. phone cases/print orders will be with you within 1-2 weeks. IPHONE 15 CASES will take 2-3 weeks. Regarding international orders, allow 2-4 weeks for shipping/delivery. Every apparel item is handmade, so allow 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive.
